New Exhibition of Fibre Art - Patricia McMillan, Moira West and Linda Westerman
These three Lincolnshire artists present a new collaborative body of work which will be of interest to collectors and those who appreciate contemporary art. The 'Caesura' exhibition explores lines, patterns, and pauses - poetry in a visual mode.

Patricia McMillan's current work is based on seascape - colour, rhythm and fluidity are paramount. Dyeing, painting and printing on cotton, silk and paper results in a refreshing unexpected interplay of colour.
Moira West
'Tarsuinn'. Building on the success of her 2010 solo exhibition textile artist Moira West challenges and explores the versatility of fibres, developing new techniques, creating the beautiful and not so beautiful, the unusual, playful and textural.
Linda Westerman
Linda Westerman's work is inspired by her love of history and archaeology, particularly mosaics. She uses machine embroidery, hand stitch, paper, paint and emulsion. She is York Minster Broderers' Director of Embroidery, a freelance tutor and lecturer.
